When will I get my formula?

The formula is mixed at our facilities in London and shipped from there. Delivery within the UK takes 1-2 working days.

Is it safe to mix so many components in one formula?

Our formula is made using patented Swiss technology which allows you to mix up to 34 components without interfering with their interaction with each other. Large sections of the intestinal wall come into contact with the granules, resulting in complete absorption of the active ingredients.

When you take your formula, the granules evenly distribute throughout your GI tract and don't interact with each other while gradually releasing the micronutrients. Unlike standard nutritional supplements, our unique blend of granules release their active ingredients over a sustained period to ensure maximum absorption.

The product does not intend to diagnose, cure or prevent any diseases.

How should I take the formula?

Take one scoop of your bioniq GO formula twice a day with or after food. You can also take both your servings at once. It can be mixed in water, juices, shakes, smoothies, yoghurt and cereal, or can be simply taken after your morning and evening meals to ensure it is absorbed effectively. Do not take your formula with hot drinks as this may interfere with the efficacy of the formula. We do not recommend to take the formula on an empty stomach or after the best before date (please find on your jar). Store in a dry place at room temperature.

Are there any intake restrictions?

bioniq GO is suitable for people over the age of 18. Please consult with a medical professional prior to taking a new supplements, medications or adopting new lifestyle habits.

We do not recommend taking bioniq to anyone with oncological or autoimmune diseases.

Is bioniq compatible with other supplements and medications?

Please consult with your primary care physician about any possible medical interactions or before taking any new supplements.

Can women who are pregnant or breastfeeding take bioniq?

bioniq formula's are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Please mention this on the bioniq GO questionnaire.

What certifications does bioniq have?

bioniq complies with Food Standards Agency (FSA), which is responsible for food safety and food hygiene in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. It works with local authorities to enforce food safety regulations and its staff work in meat plants to check the standards are being met.
