Instructions
- Please ensure that the test is done on an empty stomach (6 hours minimum) and before you take any other vitamins.
- If you are taking a T3 containing medication, take your test in the hour prior to your dose of medication.
- Do not take any supplements containing biotin for at least 24 hours prior to your blood test (if biotin has been prescribed specifically by your doctor, please seek advice prior to the test).

CAPSULES
bioniq capsules are 100% natural, made from pullulan - a natural, edible polymer that has no detectable taste. It is sourced from fungi. No toxic chemicals are involved in the harvesting of pullulan, meaning that our capsules are environmentally-friendly and are certified for pharmaceutical use. They provide a highly superior oxygen barrier over other capsule forms
ENHANCED ABSORPTION
The purified powder of the guar bean is used in individual, pharmaceutical-quality micronutrient granules for maximum absorption and efficacy. The granules used in our products are manufactured using patented Swiss technology, ensuring the highest possible quality and maximum bioavailability of the active ingredients.

- Your personal client manager acts as your health concierge, checking in with your progress and monitoring your bioniq journey
- Towards the end of your two-month cycle, we will be in touch to schedule your follow up blood test to start work on your new formula
If you would like to continue with your bioniq routine, you will be blood tested every two months. This will allow you to monitor your progress and improvements via the App, and will ensure that we adapt your bioniq LIFE formula based on your latest blood results in order to accurately optimise and support your health.
How 'personalised' are our supplements? How are we different from our competitors?
Your bioniq LIFE formula is based on a 50 parameter blood test - from micronutrients to glucose levels and your full blood count – all parameters are crucial to the body’s function. Your bespoke formula is then created based on our evaluation of your individual nutrient and micro-element status. We target your deficiencies by providing you with your recommended daily doses of micronutrients which helps to support daily performance and efficiency. Then, every two months, we take blood samples and monitor how your metrics change and adapt your bespoke formula accordingly.
