One possible side effect of the Bioniq granules is bloating and/or digestion discomfort due to fiber (guar powder) which is a base for our granules. Take your supplements with plenty of water to allow your intestines to get used to fiber intake.In the first few weeks of intake, you might experience changes in coloring of your urine. More frequent bowel movements are also possible during the first 2 weeks of granules intake due to the fiber and in rare cases - heartburn.
